Domestic orders (India)

RETURNS & EXCHANGE	APPLICABLE CONDITION
Size Issue & Design	Exchange is possible in case of size issue or design change. For design exchange, only credit note will be generated valid for three months. There is no return or exchange for sale products
Exchange within 3 days	You need to apply for exchange within 3 days after receiving the package. Else the request will be terminated. Email us on [email protected]
Returns within 3 days	You need to apply for return within 3 days after receiving the package. Else the request will be terminated. Email us on [email protected]. Against any returns, we will generate credit note which will be valid for 3 months. Customers can choose products of similar value or higher than credit value.
Exchange Procedure	Product should be well handled to be exchanged and unused with proper tags and labels. We take 12-15 business days for the procedure of exchange. Once we receive the product from the customer’s end, we get it checked properly and then process the exchanged size.
Exchange & Return Limit	Items once exchanged or purchased against credit note are not subjected to any returns or further exchange. The exchange of products is a one time process.
Custom Orders	There will be no return/exchange in case of custom orders. Custom orders can only be prepaid.
Fitting issues beyond the margins	Please note, we keep margins upto 3″ inside all outfits for any minor fitting issues. For fitting issues beyond the margins, we will exchange the outfit.
Sale Items	Merchandise bought in sale is not subjected to exchange or return.
Cancellation	There is no cancellation for prepaid orders. In case of COD order cancellation, it can be done within two hours of order placed. After that no cancellations will be accepted.

HOW TO USE A CREDIT NOTE?

We generate credit note against the product returned. This credit note is valid for 3 months. Apply this credit coupon during checkout on your next purchase. Please note, the amount of next purchase should be equal or higher than amount mentioned in your credit note. No returns or exchange is provided for purchase against credit note.

A gentle reminder to all our customers, each piece is exclusively cut, made, and stitched for each individual customer. It goes through various processes before dispatching like finishing and packing. Our team put their soul and sweat into making of each product. Please make sure you are available or make someone available to receive your parcel ( especially in case of COD) We would be disheartened if an unintentional purchase is being made. All our hard work will be a waste of time and energy. We will be more than happy to serve you in the best possible way!!

Depending on your body measurements, please refer to the size chart on product page to determine your size. If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a relaxed fit.
Sometimes, the color of cotton fabric can bleed due to different printing techniques, it is advisable to use the wash care instruction of each product. It is advisable to wash cotton outfits separately in cold water bucket and dried out.
Our products are photographed professionally under controlled lighting. Colors can be perceived differently depending on factors such as shot angles, lighting, background tones and color temperatures. As a result, colors may vary. Nevertheless, we strive to match the tones as close to the original product colors as possible.
