Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Policy

    • Size Issue & Design Change: Exchange possible. For design exchange, a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued. 
    • Time Frame for Exchange: Must apply within 2 days after receiving the package.
    • Procedure: Product must be unused, with original tags and labels. We will arrange FREE pickup from our end. The exchange process takes 12-15 business days. 
    • Limitation: Items exchanged or purchased with a credit note are not eligible for further returns or exchanges. Exchange is a one time process
    • Custom Orders: No return/exchange for custom orders. These must be prepaid.
    • Fitting Issues: Margins up to 3 inches are available for minor fitting adjustments.
    • Combo Deals: No Exchange for Combo Deals.

    2. Return Policy

      • Applicable Conditions: Only for defective or damaged products (unboxing video is required). 
      • Time Frame for Returns: Must inform within 2 days after receiving the package. We will arrange FREE pickup from our end. 
      • Credit Note: A credit note valid for 3 months is issued; no refunds to the source account.

      3. Cancellation Policy

        • Prepaid Orders: No cancellations allowed.
        • Cash on Delivery (COD): Cancellation within two hours of placing the order. No cancellations accepted after this period.

        4. Refund Policy

          • Refunds to Source Account: There are no refunds to the source account against sold merchandise. A credit note valid for 3 months validity is issued in case of return/exchange.
