Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic orders (India)

1. In case of COD, products will be handed over once the payment is done.
2. We will not be responsible for shipping delays as parcel will be in best care of third party service.
3. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days excluding weekends.

International orders (outside India)

1. We do not provide COD (Cash on delivery) for International orders. Customers will have to make online payment.
2. Estimated delivery time will be 7-10 working days.
3. Tracking details will be shared on your given number.

5. Courier partner will make 2 attempts for delivery at your doorstep.
6. DHL Express is our courier partner.
7. Please note, import duties and taxes will be borne by customers at the time of delivery.
8. All international cards are accepted.
9. Our mode of trade in the international market is CFR which is cost and freight paid by customers during order booking.
