HOW to use store credit
Your simple guide to applying credit notes/store credit for hassle-free shopping at Dimple Design Studio.
What is Store Credit?
- When you return or exchange a product, we issue you a credit note.
- When you purchase any product on the website you are rewarded with cashback in form of store credit.
- You will be notified about the credit note/Store credit via email.
Where to Find Your Credit Notes
Go to Login/ My Account and enter your registered email address, and enter OTP received on your email.
Navigate to any other page on the website and you will see store "Store Credit" floating button. By selecting this button, you can access your current store credits or credit note.
Once you have finalized your products to purchase. Go to checkout, store credit will automatically apply in the final amount.
What Happens After Applying Credit Notes?
- Reducing Your Final Amount: The value of the credit notes will be subtracted from your final bill.
- Paying the Difference: If the total amount is more than the value of your credit notes, you’ll pay the difference.
- Zero Payment: If your credit notes cover the entire amount, you won’t have to pay anything additional.
How long do credit notes last?
Credit note expires after 3 months. Please make sure to use credit note before 3 months.
